IRVINE, CALIFORNIA, December 15, 2016 - EY announced that co-founder, president and CEO Stuart McClure of Cylance Inc., the company revolutionizing cybersecurity with the practical application of artificial intelligence to prevent the most advanced cyberthreats, was named as a national finalist for the 30th annual EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The award recognizes executives who have transformed industries and introduced the innovations that power the American economy.
EY previously identified 250 regional winners from across the U.S., with just 44 being selected as National Finalists, including McClure. The award is one of the world’s most prestigious, and encourages entrepreneurial activity by recognizing the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership, and achievement.
